School counselors are a vital part of the educational process. These educators support the social, emotional, and academic progress of students. To help schools better meet the needs of all students, FCSS partners with districts to develop comprehensive counseling department programs, assess systems of student support, and monitor student progress toward college, career, and community preparedness.
