We all have them, some of us have more than others. How do we form them? Are they good or bad? Is it my fault? In the implicit biases professional learning workshops, participants will learn what they are, how they are formed, and how to regulate them. Participants will learn how their biases impact their behaviors of others at home, at work and in the community.
