School culture is created by a network of systems performed on campus everyday, including weekends and summer vacation. How we treat and interact with one another impacts school culture. Student to student, student to staff, staff to parents, are all relationships developing school culture. Participants will learn that school culture is created from an accumulation of all the "small stuff" that takes place on campus. Attendees will be able to identify the great culture building systems they have in place and which ones they need to build on.
